Guest registration will take place in the Broad Street Entrance Lobby, as well as on Floor 1 of the Bellevue, accessible via the sky bridge level of the parking garage.
Please be sure to check in at one of the registration points to get your table number. We encourage you to put your cell phone number and credit card on file at this time to participate in the program.
The BasketBall is a black tie event- women generally wear gowns or upscale cocktail attire and men generally wear tuxes or dark suits.

6:00pm Doors open – Cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and silent auction
7:30pm Program and Dinner
9:00pm Live music and dancing
There are no physical tickets for this event. Your name will be on the guest list when you check in at registration. If you want to confirm your name is on the list, you can check with your table host or email kelley.schaefer@cancer.org.
Our silent auction will open on Friday, April 25 at noon ET. You’ll get an email with more information about how to bid.
Once you check-in at the event you will receive a text with a link to the silent auction items. From there you can place your bids. You can set a max bid and the system will notify you if you have been out bid and raise your bid to the next bid increment until it hits your max. The silent auction will close on Saturday, April 26 at 10:00 p.m.
Yes, you will have plenty of opportunities to give during the BasketBall, including during our appeal, which will raise funds specifically for the Philadelphia Hope Lodge. If you’re not able to join us and want to make a contribution, you can do so here.
Following the event you will receive a mailed tax receipt, if you provided us with your address or an emailed receipt if you provided us with your email address.
